Honeywell-ov sistem Fly-By-Wire bo postal “možgani” brezpilotnega letalnika Nuuva V300 in bo zagotavljal zmogljivosti, potrebne za varno in učinkovito avtonomno delovanje.

Vrhunski novi model Nuuva V300 je revolucionarni avtonomni, brezpilotni dostavni letalnik z navpičnim vzletom in pristankom (”electrical vertical take-off and landing” – eVTOL) velikega dosega in velike zmogljivosti za logistiko in zračno dostavo tovora. Deluje 10‑krat bolj ekonomično kot sodobni helikopterji, ne zahteva vzletno-pristajalnih stez in zagotavlja večjo varnost in zanesljivost z uporabo tipsko certificiranega električnega motorja. Priročnost manjše različice, modela Nuuva V20, omogoča tudi uporabo za končno dostavo.

Pipistrelovo letalo Virus SW 121 je vključeno kot eno od letal, ki so na voljo v novem, dolgo pričakovanem Microsoftovem simulatorju letenja (Microsoft Flight Simulator), ki bo uradno izšel 18. avgusta.

Pipistrel in švicarski Green Motion sta napovedala partnerstvo, v katerem bosta razvila univerzalni, celovit in okolju prijazen sistem za polnjenje električnih letal.

E-811 je prvi električni pogon, ki ga je Agencija Evropske unije za varnost v letalstvu (EASA) certificirala za uporabo v splošnem letalstvu.

Pipistrel Velis Electro je prvo popolnoma električno letalo na svetu, ki je kadarkoli pridobilo tipski certifikat.
